I’d be lying if I said it had been easy, but, overall, I’ve been pleasantly surprised by my ability to push through and get things done without my usual medication.

I was diagnosed with ADHD, anxiety, and depression when I was in college. I have been taking Adderall for the better part of the past 15 years of my life.
