Jenni Bingham, Deputy Director at Project Glimmer, talks about the initiative to build self-confidence in young women's life. When a young woman's self-confidence is fostered, it has a positive ripple effect that reflects on her voice, actions and decisions. Project Glimmer has 1,000 community partners and have reached 700,000 girls in all 50 states.
