Christopher is a 20+ year parkour practitioner, famous for his twisting prowess. He has recently Co-Founded Motion Mentors, which supports parkour coaches, gyms, and businesses in elevating their offerings and creating greater success. Chris is also a keynote speaker of the Art of Retreat parkour leadership conference, an SPL Style Judge, and on the USPK Athlete and Judges Committee.
