This week we dig into "Stomping Stigmas"  There are so many stigmas associated with Mental Health, Illness, and Wellness and it hinders people from addressing their feelings or thoughts out of fear of judgment.  We want to put an end to those stigmas and encourage people to address their concerns, have a voice and seek help when needed.
