Each 30 minute episode features host Deborah Rozman, HeartMath President and CEO and an expert guest. They discuss a restorative heart quality and ways to apply it that can empower your life and help reduce stress and anxiety.

Each episode closes with a heart-focused meditation to create a reservoir of heart energy to support our personal and collective heart intentions.
