H2S Audio Training . Week 1, Workout 3

Providence Heart to Start is more than an exercise program. We are a community! Sharing a focus on walking or running a 5K, this guided audio training takes you through a gradual interval plan over a 12-week period. This podcast can be a self-led program or you can also join us for our worldwide group training each November-February as a way to stay active during the cool, winter months in the USA.
