Being sober without needing to have had any addictions, alcohol abuse or trauma. Also, speak your truth without having to explain yourself is a skill I’ve developed and really enjoy. I talk about an experience I had three years ago my step mom told me I wasn’t allowed at my childhood home anymore. So I basically just share a vulnerable story and hope you open up your throat chakra!
