Alfie Ronald David - known as ARD to his many fans - is a former kickboxing star turned mixed martial artist. He has just signed a four-fight deal with the massive US organisation Bellator. He is tipped to go all the way to the top, but knows that at 26 he has a lot of tough fights ahead. A brilliant striker who talks about how tough it is preparing for a fight, and how he avoids getting hit.
