Impending adulthood and the reality of adulthood is one of the leading causes of anxiety among teenagers and young adults. It feels like driving down a dark road into the unknown. The uncertainty of whether you’re prepared for what lies ahead can be crushing.

In Headlights, we try to journey ahead and illuminate some of the uncertainty with real life experience. I’m not an expert and this is a journey for me too, but together we will speak to others who have done more and share what we have learned so far. This way we can make sound decisions and be the best versions of ourselves we can.
