Happier Here is a podcast started by Lindsay Flora taking back the word mental illness. After being diagnosed with a few mental illnesses herself and feeling alone for years she started going to therapy, but that wasn't enough. She finally decided we need to be speaking more about mental health and make it not scary but instead something we can all realize is an important topic to talk about. Each week she will be having people on to tell their own story as well as having on professionals to discuss the mental health world. Episodes will be out every Thursday on all streaming platforms.
