Being chosen to design for Miss Nepal when she was just 17, Sanyukta has been using art to express herself from an early age. Her path to finding her purpose took her to attend Masters degree in London College of Fashion, and eventually the opening of her bridal boutique ‘Behuli’ on her own terms - being kind to people and the earth. The first Nepali fashion and sustainable bridal designer to have one of her sustainable couture creations preserved in the prestigious Fashion Museum in Bath, UK, you can certainly say Santukta’s bridal designs are well sought after.

In this episode, we go over Sanyukta’s journey of juggling being a teenager and a budding designer to making her mark in Nepali fashion industry, then leaving all the fame and recognition to start from scratch in London. She might be shy in nature but has the strongest willpower and the most positive mindset. A big believer of listening to one’s instincts, Sanyukta has found her idea of success in her family and purpose in fashion.
