Currently living in Sydney, Australia, Pra Shrestha entered the world of bodybuilding only 5-6 years ago, but in this short span of time, she has already made her mark. She has placed gold and silver in multiple competitions both within Australia and overseas. She has placed 5th in the world during INBA/PNBA world championship in Budapest, 2016, and then went to place 4th in the IFBB Asian Championship that took place in Mongolia, 2017 - and these are just a few of her accomplishments!

Pra Shrestha is certainly strong but her strength transcends her physical attributes. She believes in putting in the hardwork without any expectations. Her determination and focus is commendable.
