Picture life as a hose. If water can flow freely through it, it serves its purpose. If kinks occur, it can not fulfill its purpose to the best of its ability. When our actions are congruent with what we say and believe we can fulfill our purpose joyfully. When incongruence occurs, stress puts major kinks in life.
