What is the biggest challenge we have as business owners? Every day is different we have to adapt to what comes our way. It is a roller coaster ride. One day it's great the next is a struggle. What advice would you give your younger self in starting a new business venture? Be prepared for anything. Things don't always happen the way you think they will. I wouldn't' change anything.
