Graduating beauty school and the differences between being in school and coming into a salon.It's very different when you have a teacher behind you watching your every move and catching your mistakes as opposed to being behind the chair and being in charge of everything you do. There is no net at a salon. You have to be on your game at all times. It is very fast paced in a salon. More laid back in school. You have to work very hard to build a book . You don't get clients handed to you. Take time to educate yourself and continue to take classes and work a lot on yourself.Patience is key.
