Close your eyes and immerse yourself in the journey to the mountains. Relax and visualize the mountains. Focus on your ears and dream yourselves to be in the lap of the Himalayas, living it.  This guided imagery is produced by Padraig O'Morain, a mindfulness teacher who has been practicing the art of mindfulness meditation since the late 1980s.
