Wow just W O W! The first episode back I gotta say is by far the best episode I’ve recorded thus far! I dig deep as I reflect on the traumatic events that happened to me in 2018. Towards the end I get emotional & talk about something publicly that only a select few know. To be honest idk if I even shared this with my mom. Honestly, I can’t expect you to let go of your past traumas if I can’t even publicly discuss mines. It takes courage!
