It's the one where Aaron interviews Alan Day of Four Year Strong.
If, by chance, you have no idea who Four Year Strong is, they are a pop punk band from Massachusetts. As one of the pillars of the easycore scene of the 2010s, they have been crafting some of the greatest anthems of the past 15-20 years.
In this conversation they talk about their unique songwriting style, many miles on the road, evolving their sound, and of course the stories behind 5 of Alan’s favourite Four Year Strong songs.
