The book of Psalms is a collection of prayers and songs that are, above all, formational. The Psalms teach us how to pray, how to interact with the living God: they form us, they mature us and they stretch us in our knowing and loving of God. Psalm 8 overwhelms us with the majesty of God and the impact of his praise, inviting us to declare his greatness over all creation.
