Growing up in a Gujarati Jain family, Asmi faced a significant turning point with the unexpected loss of her parents just before her 26th birthday. Through mantras, therapy, and determination, she found her direction in life and pursued an MBA.

Asmi's path back to spirituality led her to yoga teacher training, sound healing in Nepal, and pranic healing with a deeper commitment through Arhatic Yoga. She is also the founder of Soul Tara, which recently introduced the enchanting end-of-year journal, Cosmic Starlight. Her dedication extends to her YouTube channel and community work, making healing accessible for everyone, especially within the BIPOC and WOC communities.
