Flying is big a cause of human-made global warming. According  the journal Atmospheric Environment, in a study published January 2021,  3.5% of human-made global warming is due to flying. Flying is growing (well until corona) and proven to be a huge boost to human interconnectivity, yet flying remains one of the biggest emitters. Recently more and more airlines have started to introduce climate compensation schemes on flying. Today we will investigate if these kind of climate compensation schemes make sense!
