A Country Road

Bedtime stories for adults, or for snuggling into a lazy afternoon ~ 
This is a compilation of stories whose origin came from deep within the body. A woman's body to be exact. They are just a few of many that fluttered forth during the pandemic. Written as an improv dance, they ride a ribbon of impulse into sensation, memory, imagination, presence, and word. They contain the crescendos and diminuendos of a lifeline, the arresting stillness of peace, and the flavorful terror of the inevitable human dilemma- all of which can be found when excavating something as fertile as the flesh.
