Mohamed Eissa is the head of technology investments at the Gulf Investment Corporation (GIC) and has had a diverse career in a variety of technology investment approaches including venture capital, mergers & acquisitions and angel investing. For the last 13 years he has led investments in the high-tech sector in emerging markets; specifically in the GCC/MENA region.
