Warum es sich lohnt, erstmal in Vorleistung zu gehen - Interview mit Jonas Machnik über die Landwirtschaft am Schloss Tempelhof

Wir wandern gemeinsam durch ein Tal des (faulen) KOMPROMISSES. Das, was uns in vielen Lebensbereichen stattdessen als höchsterstrebenswert erscheint, ist das, was wir mit dem Bild der GRATWANDERUNG verdeutlichen wollen. Es geht nicht um einen Kompromiss, sondern darum, sich gemeinsam auf eine Gratwanderung einzulassen: Wäre ein Kompromiss so etwas wie der kleinste gemeinsame Nenner (jede Seite bekommt nur das Minimum dessen, womit sie angetreten ist, damit es überhaupt etwas an Zusammenwirken gibt), so ist der GRAT und die Wanderung auf ihm so etwas, wie die (möglichst ideale) Synthese der Absichten der beiden Extreme. Wegweiser und Kompass dabei, den Grat zu finden, ist für uns das, was wir „Lernen von Innen“ nennen: Dazu gehören die Entwicklungsetappen, das Organismusmodell, die Potentialentfaltung, ideale Rollen aller Beteiligter, und sauber und klug verknüpfte Themen wie Respekt, Freiheit, Führung, Achtsamkeit und die dazugehörige Kommunikation.
