Tommo is joined by former RAF Air Crew Veteran, and loadmaster Liz McConaghy, who had over 10 operational tours between Iraq and Afghanistan, conducting multiple different missions from dropping supplies, deliberate ops and MERT. after leaving the RAF in 2019 it all came to the front and almost taking her own life after an overdose. Liz now a best selling author and advocate in helping others with mental health struggles.
