Jeff grew up working in the service industry and developed a love for it. He decided to go to college and study Commerce and French but after a little while working in other areas he felt drawn back into the industry. A fire in a building in Cork City would give Jeff the unexpected chance of opening his own business. And so www.koto.ie was born.
