Faith

Season 2, Episode 6

Gospel Vocabulary

In this episode of GraceWalk Radio, Derek and Caleb unpack the meaning of faith and why its power lies not in its strength, but in its object—Jesus Christ. Through relatable illustrations, they show that faith is simply the “empty hands” that receive what Christ has already accomplished, emphasizing that it is not faith itself that saves, but Christ alone. They also explore how faith sustains believers through suffering, helping them trust God’s promises even when they cannot yet see the outcome. Ultimately, the conversation points to a deeper assurance: whether weak or strong, true faith rests in the finished work of Jesus.
