This podcast is designed for GP supervisors who want to give their registrars an understanding of chronic pain management,  including the development of a patient-centred, goal-directed plan, using a shared decision-making approach. Since chronic pain is a frequent presentation in Australian general practice, registrars need to be well versed in the assessment and management of chronic pain, especially in the context of comorbidities and polypharmacy.
