Stress is a normal human reaction that happens to everyone. In fact, the human body is designed to experience stress and react to it.

When you experience changes or challenges called ‘stressors’, your body produces physical and mental responses. These stress responses help our bodies adjust to new situations.
Sometimes, however, stress can become overwhelming, but the good news is that there are several tools that can help you manage your stress level.
Today, we will talk about some tips and tricks to help us effectively manage the stress in our lives.
However, if you are feeling overwhelmed and need to talk to someone, the following resources are available:
-Dial 211
-Canadian Suicide Prevention Service: 833-456-4566
-Calgary Distress Centre: 403-266-HELP (4357)
