Today on the pod, Andrea and Rachel interview international supermodel and elite investor, Kata Walters. Originally from New Zealand, Kata is a retired model who switched to real estate full time in 2020. Currently, she self manages a portfolio of single family homes, small multifamily and commercial totaling 24 doors. She flips homes all across the country and has also operated AirBnBs. Having had an incredibly active career in real estate, Kata discusses the merits of taking on a more passive role and investing in syndications to limit the stress and liability of landlord life. When asked what her biggest failure was, Kata responds that she doesn't believe that "failure" exists – tune in to find out why!
