In a world where we're our worth is based on how well we nurture others while working ourselves nonstop and taking few breaks for our own well-being, so many of us are faced with this opportunity to heal our inner mother/inner child dynamic. Our world now more than ever needs strong healers who can nurture themselves and cultivate healthy balance and compassion. Now is the time to find peace within yourself.
