4ThirTEEN started as a community block party that has grown into a teen leadership program where teens help lead their peers by developing leaders and programs they really want! The vision is that this ministry will help inspire many young people to want more for their lives, and gives them an opportunity to succeed regardless of demographics, race, or economic status.
