Mary Marshall is the studio manager and yoga teacher at YogaSix Milwaukee. Mary has multiple degrees, in Art, Fashion, and Marketing and found Yoga thanks to a good friend. In her free time, Mary loves to hang out with her cats, dance, sing, and make occasionally bomb dishes. She loves a good concert, the occasional libation, and might have been a standup comedian in a former life. 

In this episode we talk about the beauty of Yoga, the struggles she faced as she was walking a path that wasn't hers, the importance of control and letting go, what she feels and thinks about as a yoga teacher, and much more.
