So episode 2 has been in the books for awhile and I think this episode's subject matter does a great job of explaining where I've been. This Covid time period has exposed me and the systems I had in place surrounding me. The systems I had in place for food and nutrition, mindset, etc have all crumbled under the change of timing and lack of structure I've encountered during this period.
I've blamed it on everything possible: my schedule is off, kids are all home, grad school is time consuming. You name it, I've blamed it.
Bottom line that I've learned through this period is the importance of solid systems in place that exist to support you and become a part of your identity as opposed to there so fluff you up.
