S1-E36 Heidi Mikeska and Maria Fabrizi are talking about suicide prevention.

It will be obvious when listening to this episode that these two professionals could be excelling at any career they choose, and they are Going Boldly as educators and advocates for their ambitious project, Chalk the Walk, which is designed to increase awareness and reduce the stigmas associated with mental health, and suicide prevention.

Heidi shares some statistics that may alarm you, such as the very young age range strongly associated with suicides. Do you know someone whose life has been touched, in some way, by suicide? Most people do. We talk about ways to help others and how to get help if you need it for yourself.

If you are reading this there is a high probability that you own a business or will in the future. Business owners are particularly vulnerable to stresses that might contribute to an unhealthy lifestyle. We talk about some of these issues.
