S1-E11 Dancing Candace Phelan has achieved her dream! Candace is a Costume Designer for theater, cosplay and more. She has been working a part-time side hustle at her passion for many years.
Candace was looking forward to traveling abroad as she recently retired from her regular "day job". Then, the pandemic hit, and travel was canceled.
It's interesting that in the midst of trouble, some of us can find opportunities. Candace immediately started making, selling and donating masks. Then a friend told her there was a movie production company in town looking for a costume designer. Since Candace believes one should, "Say yes until you gotta say no", the rest, as they say, is movie making history!
