Are you making the most out of the time you spend on each activity you take part in? Or do you get distracted and/or overwhelmed by multi-tasking, social media or randomness that takes you away from that moment?

This week Oli and Liam talk about their ideas around time, and how to create a quality experience by being more present with your actions.
