Today on Go With The Flo I talk about my need to be listened to more, as I listen to myself speak without time limit or judgement. We humans long to be listened to and truly intentionally understood. And that requires time. So to anyone listening, I invite you to take the time to listen to your loved ones, and most importantly to yourself. We have a lot going on in our lives so taking a bit of time to truly listen, can help find clarity and empathy for oneself.
