Stephan Meurisch is a passionate long-distance hiker and globetrotter. He ran several marathons, walked the Spanish Way of St. James and even walked from Munich to Tibet, a journey that would change his entire life. He also helps other people to realise their lifelong dreams and passes on his experiences in lectures, workshops and as a coach.

Joel sat down to have a chat with Stephan and learn about some of the highs and lows of his previous long distance adventures as well as the huge walk he is currently on and what we can all learn from such journeys!
