This week I was joined by Susan and Carol who set up a group called "A new normal", along with two other women, Karen and Ann. The group is for people who have lost someone close to them through suicide. The girls had first hand experience with this, as their kids were victims of suicide. They had very interesting stories to tell, some great advice and insights into mental health as well as how to handle grief.
