Welcome to our second history of gin TARDIS adventure that we are taking! This month we are headed to the 1820s to visit gin palaces of the UK. We are also going to give you a great cocktail recipe, learn about innovation in gin production, and of course, it all revolves around the rise of gin palaces in cities of industry.
