This is me!

Two things we can be sure about...we will eventually die and things will change. This is Aissa Hillebrand transformational coach and your host of the Gift to Shift podcast. I am courageously looking at what it takes to shift, asking the really tough questions and uncovering the actual process of what it takes to pivot and shift  especially when it’s not easy. Let’s just be honest, We are in the midst of  transformation... and change is happening whether we like it or not.  What exactly are others doing? What can you do?  I am connecting with  some pretty incredible humans who are entrepreneurs, educators,doctors, parents…. Together, We are Identifying steps and tools to create and design ways to allow the shift to happen.  The Gift to Shift podcast is about uncovering that piece of it.the process…..all the while supporting you to use your gift to shift and pivot that is in alignment with your highest and greatest good. Whether the change is happening outside of you or within, what I know to be true, is that shared stories and testimonies promote healing and help us to recover.
