Michael Walters Young is the Budget and Strategic Innovation Manager at the City of Franklin, Tennessee.  Once a week, he teaches a night course at the University of Kansas in budgeting.  Michael got his students involved as budget reviewers in GFOA’s Budget Awards Program.  This podcast goes through that process.
