Sky and I seem to keep bumping into this conversation: partnerships. Monogamy, marriage, open relationships, polyamory, etc. We've always been really drawn to discussing anthropology & human sexuality. What is innate in us and what impact has society made on our belief system and core values? We speak very openly and candidly about our own experiences, what we are comfortable with, and sharing any bit of knowledge we have on the topic. Well it's been a couple of weeks since our last chat then, hasn't it? We jetted off to Kauai for a dreamy vacation to celebrate Sky's new job for a few days but someone else may have gotten a little bit carried away on island. Today, we are spilling it all. Getting Real/Hey Bestie are true mental health advocates. Today we want to talk about something more private & intimate... being depressed, anxious, OCD, etc is not easy or fun. We are not doctors but have been diagnosed with a few of these mental illnesses. Through our journey, we have developed natural ways to combat these dips of serotonin and feel it is only fair and right to share our knowledge and skills we have gained over the last several years to regain momentum, divinity, and gratitude in the tough times.
