The Wall Street Journal posted a recent article asking if social media is making people feel more lonely. We're giving our perspective on this and ABC's new sitcom, Abbott Elementary.

About us: We are two women with a vision to create a community of women who want to #levelup physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. We unlearn harmful ideals, beliefs, and ideologies that we might be holding onto and give practical ways to live a more holistic lifestyle. We also like to have a little fun ;) Just remember we embrace our mistakes because getting it wrong is the first step to getting it right.  We are black women, and that has a huge impact on we how tackle our subjects.
