If we listened to this before choosing our PM company, it would’ve saved us a lot of headache!

I have found that Ron and Heather continually show the power of “It’s not WHAT you know it’s WHO you know.” That is how you get ahead of the game and grow, instead of trying to avoid the bad mistakes by doing it YOURSELF! Ron’s business, “RP Capital” or RPC invest. Is a shinning star of that leveraged power. Anyone with investing funds can be successful in Real Estate as long as you have the right people in your corner. And in my opinion Ron, and his company, is one of the best at establishing good honest connections to allow us as investors to gain back our most important resource which is our time. These guys are awesome in not only the clear transparent knowledge they share but also their mission to connect and build people!! Thanks guys!

Ron is the real deal and gives it to you straight!!!

I love how you highlight mindsets that are not popular but are in fact most likely to help you succeed. Like for example focusing on your genius zone when the popular-yet-faulty way of thinking out there is that you must improve your weak areas so they become as good as your strengths. This leads to frustration and wasted resources both in terms of time and money and we can never be as good at something we despise as someone who loves it! Thank you for a refreshing look at business!

I really loved the episode about core values! The company I work for really uses this philosophy and it sets that standard for everyone that works there. I completely agree with Ron when he says “It allows us to, as a group, become better human beings.” You can really tell who takes the core values to heart and who doesn’t.
