Today’s podcast, with guest Haroun Moula, goes over his life changing technology in healthcare for people who suffer from epileptic seizures. We dive into his vision and experience as an international founder and working bi-continentally. We also discuss the challenges in healthcare solutions that have both software and a hardware component, funding sources for such healthcare solutions and finding real people to test.
Haroun is Co-Founder and COO of Epilert, which is a bracelet that detects seizers. As well as the Co-Founder and board advisor of Inscrypt a P2P advertising network. Haroun has a background in computer engineering and international law- and decided to drop out in order to begin his first startup managing restaurants. Then with his co founder, influenced by his sister who suffers from epilepsy, he created epilert mobile app and cloud- to predict seizures and utilizes AI.
