This is a concept Brett Winchester has thrown around since we started diving into Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) / McKenzie Technique. The definition of a derangement includes 'movement obstruction' which sounds eerily similar to 'joint blockage' for those of us who do manipulation.
