5-10-21 | Genesis 12-36 | S8 Doing Too Difficult Things for God

Over half of the Bible consists of stories. These stories connect with our stories on different levels. God uses the stories of people Genesis - Abraham, to draw us into His plan for our lives today. Follow along with us through this next installment of Genesis, beginning with chapter 12, as we together seek to hear God speaking into the stories of our lives so that we might know Him and his love for us displayed ultimately through the life and work of Jesus Christ.
 
Through the creation account, Adam and Eve, Cain and Abel, Noah and the ark, we are confronted not simply with character examples to follow or reject, but with something much grander, the accounts of these people contribute to our understanding of who God is and his unfolding plan for us. 

The deeper into Genesis we go, the closer we get to both the majesty and mystery of God at work in our universe as well as in our lives.
