With life, Work, Training what are somethings we need to be MORE aware of in the repetitive patterns we use the most.
Without knowing many of us have a certain habit/way we fo about certain activities, and overtime those will create imbalances and overactive areas of the the body which in turn lead to UNDERACTIVE/ less utilized portions of the body.
By acknowledging and addressing such we can further peel back from needing surgery, or doing anything drastic, by simply making a plan to bring the body back to center.
